Prada goes to Harrods' experimenting with homeware items. The space will feature home objects and other gift ideas. The pieces will range from vases to backgammon sets and porcelain.
The boutique is located on the third floor of the department store where the pieces designed with the brand's collaborators will be presented. For example, these include Martino Gamper's furniture that is made of wood and formica.
The store opened November 15 and features a mix of handcrafted objects for the home, such as porcelain designed with signature house's motifs; gold-plated scissors, and silver cutlery sets.
Gamper has also worked on a series of objects including vases, chopping boards, and trays with geometric patterns. The designer used a mix of materials, like wood and formica.
The facade of the store is made in a wood and metal facade, while the walls have the brand’s signature green color. And on the bookshelves, you will find board games, card sets, and other decorations for Christmas.
