The modern home is situated on a green meadow and is focused on an indoor-outdoor experience. Designed by the architect Elizabeth Graziolo, the design of the house was also created in a collaboration with two fathers, along with a novelist, and a designer. All of them came to New York to create stunning interiors. In addition, the architecture, interiors, and landscape, focus on eco-friendly innovations.

Rasheeda Gray’s Entry and Salon offer zen exercise, and with the help of this experience, the guests and the owners of the house will immediately feel relief when entering the home.
And Mikel Welch’s Library creates a peaceful atmosphere with the help of natural materials and wooden accents. And a fireplace adds a warmth element for the perfect place to rest after a long day.
Travis London’s Dining Room and Bar feature neon colors and illuminating ornaments. For example, vintage chairs are designed in animal print.
Arianne Bellizaire’s Kitchen and Pantry will give you a warm feeling for the kitchen, with a classic checkered floor, function oven, and a farmhouse sink. And using natural elements such as a skylight and vertical garden, a connection to the outdoors is created.
Danielle Colding’s Great Room features modern furnishings but with a homey warm feeling. The designer mixed traditional elements with contemporary pieces, such as dining chairs from Arhaus.
DuVäl Reynolds’s Garage & Mudroom offers a striking large work that graces the yellow walls of the mudroom. As for the garage, the artist created the perfect space using deep colors of brown that relates to African roots.
Joan Goodwin’s Primary Bedroom is a glamorous place for sleep designed with metallic finishes. And the armchairs and dressers made in a luxurious color palette add sunlight and life into the space.
Alvin Wayne’s Primary Bath and Closet bathroom interior is made of marble and is completed with calming tub and sink, as well as a walk-in shower. On the walls, you can see eye-catching pendants and other luxurious adornments.
Andre Hilton’s Guest Bedroom and Bathroom feature large windows with greenery and panels made of wood that turn the guest bedroom into a peaceful place to escape.
Breegan Jane’s Kids’ Room is a playful but still sophisticated children’s room. The space feature a dresser, bed, and treehouse along with swings in order to create a connection to the outdoors.
